Kelly created Reclaim You after years of battling the same struggles so many women face, chasing perfection, feeling stuck in all-or-nothing cycles, and losing herself in the chaos of everyday life.

As a mum of two, she knows how easy it is to end up at the bottom of your own priority list. What changed everything for Kelly was realising true transformation isn’t about punishment, it’s about rebuilding self-trust, structure, and balance (yes i eat cake too).

Her mission: to help women stop shrinking, step into their power, and reclaim their confidence, energy, and life.
