Kelly Louise
Founder
Kelly created Reclaim You after years of battling the same struggles so many women face, chasing perfection, feeling stuck in all-or-nothing cycles, and losing herself in the chaos of everyday life.
As a mum of two, she knows how easy it is to end up at the bottom of your own priority list. What changed everything for Kelly was realising true transformation isn’t about punishment, it’s about rebuilding self-trust, structure, and balance.
Her mission: to help women stop shrinking, step into their power, and reclaim their confidence, energy, and life.
Irina
Menopause & Mindset Specialist
Our newest powerhouse on the team, Irina brings 9 years of personal training experience, alongside being a Certified Mindfulness Coach, Menopause Coach, and Qualified Nutritional Chef.
She’s guided hundreds of women through the emotional and physical shifts of peri- and menopause, from unexplained weight gain to low energy, brain fog, and mood swings.
Irina’s philosophy is simple:
No punishment.
No perfection.
Just real, supportive coaching that helps women feel strong, balanced, and in control again.
Her mission? To show you that your midlife body isn’t broken, it just needs a new strategy.
Tammy
Personal Trainer
Hi, I’m Tammy, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Coach passionate about helping women and mums lose weight, feel strong in their bodies, and rebuild their confidence through fitness.
I know first-hand what it’s like to struggle with low confidence and feel a bit lost. Fitness became my outlet and my way of growing into the best version of myself, not just for me, but for my wild 3-year-old who keeps me on my toes every single day!
In Hybrid Coaching, I work with clients to build strength, improve technique, and help you feel confident in the gym. If you’ve ever felt nervous walking into the weights area or unsure where to start, I’ll guide you step by step so you feel capable, strong, and proud of what your body can do.
