We get that starting something new can feel a bit daunting — especially if you haven’t trained in a while. So here’s a quick rundown of the most common questions we get asked, to help you feel confident before your first session.
Can I just do 2 Sessions a Week instead of 3?
Yes! You can choose to attend 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week depending on your schedule. You can also upgrade at any time if you’d like to train more often.
What do I need to bring to the training?
Just bring a bottle of water and yourself in comfortable gym wear. We provide all the equipment you’ll need for the session.
I haven't trained in a long time, is this suitable for me?
Absolutely. Bootycamp is designed with beginners in mind. You’ll work at your own pace, with coaching and support to help you build fitness and strength week by week. Everyone starts somewhere, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

What do I do next?
Once you’ve decided you want to join Bootycamp, all you need to do is select how many sessions per week you want to attend and complete the sign-up. From there, you’ll get instant access to everything you need, a welcome info email, health questionnaire to complete, and how to prepare for your first session.
If you’re unsure which session suits you best, just reach out and we’ll help you choose based on your goals, confidence level, and schedule.
I need help with meal ideas, is this something you do?
Yes! We now offer personalised meal plans that fit your goals, preferences and lifestyle. You’ll also get access to easy recipe ideas and calorie guidance to keep nutrition simple and stress-free.
Will anyone else be at the location?
Only your Bootycamp class members and coach will be there. It’s a friendly, supportive environment where everyone’s on the same journey.
Will I be able to lift the weights?
Of course. We have a wide range of weights available, and you’ll always be shown alternative options if needed. You can start with bodyweight movements and progress as you get stronger and more confident.
I have an injury, can I still do the class?
Please let us know about your injury beforehand. If you’re cleared for exercise, we can adapt movements so you can still train safely and effectively.
What happens once I sign up?
As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive:
A welcome email with all your Bootycamp details (location, times, what to bring, how to get started)
Access to the private community whats app group
A breakdown of how the sessions work and what to expect
Information about your progress tracking, check-ins, and optional before/after photos. These will be done on your first session.
You just turn up to your first session, we guide you through everything from the warm-up to the last rep. You don’t need any experience; you’ll be supported every step of the way.
