Meet Kelly, the founder of Bootycamp Rugby
Kelly founded Bootycamp Rugby to create a space where women could build strength, confidence, and community, without the pressure or intimidation of a traditional gym.
What started as a few local women training together has evolved into a results-driven, empowering fitness community built around structured strength training, accountability, and support.
Kelly’s mission is simple: to help women feel stronger in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and more confident in every area of life.
Because when you train with purpose, surround yourself with the right people, and show up consistently, the results go far beyond the gym.
Tammy
Personal Trainer
Hi, I’m Tammy, Fitness Instructor, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Coach passionate about helping women and mums lose weight, regain their confidence, and feel like themselves again.
I know first-hand what it’s like to struggle with low confidence and feel a bit lost. Fitness became my outlet and my way of growing into the best version of myself, not just for me, but for my wild 3-year-old who keeps me on my toes every single day!
What I love most about teaching at BootyCamp is the energy the ladies bring, the friendships that are formed, and the way everyone shows up as each other’s biggest cheerleader. No-one ever leaves regretting that they came and that’s what makes BootyCamp so special.
