Welcome to Bootycamp Rugby, the ultimate women’s fitness community designed to help you feel stronger, fitter and more confident in your body. Our sessions are built around strength trainingprogress tracking, and real support, so you can finally build consistency that lasts.

Each week, you’ll join 45-minute, full-body workouts designed to tone, shape and lift, no endless cardio or quick fixes, just training that gets results. You’ll be supported by a team of like-minded women who celebrate your wins, keep you accountable and make every session something to look forward to.

HOW WE TRAIN AT BOOTYCAMP

Here’s how we help women look strong, feel confident, and train with purpose, not punishment. Every session is designed to challenge your body, build your confidence, and deliver results that last. We don’t do random workouts. Every Bootycamp session follows a plan and purpose to help you build strength, tone up, and feel unstoppable. Across the week, you’ll experience three unique class styles that rotate to keep your training fun, balanced, and effective.

TONE

A full-body strength session designed to lift, shape and define.

You’ll move through resistance-based circuits focusing on muscle activation, strength and endurance, finishing with a short, sweaty finisher and recovery stretch.

SCULPT

Upper body and core-focused training that builds definition, posture and strength.

Expect controlled tempo work, supersets and time-under-tension movements that make you feel every rep in the best way.

GROW

Your lower-body powerhouse session for glutes, legs and compound lifts.

We focus on progressive overload using heavier weights to build shape and strength through the lower body. Each session finishes with a targeted burn and mobility stretch. No two weeks are ever the same. We rotate between these training styles to keep your workouts fresh, exciting and perfectly balanced.

We get that starting something new can feel a bit daunting — especially if you haven’t trained in a while. So here’s a quick rundown of the most common questions we get asked, to help you feel confident before your first session.

Yes! You can choose to attend 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week depending on your schedule. You can also upgrade at any time if you’d like to train more often.

Just bring a bottle of water and yourself in comfortable gym wear. We provide all the equipment you’ll need for the session.

Absolutely. Bootycamp is designed with beginners in mind. You’ll work at your own pace, with coaching and support to help you build fitness and strength week by week. Everyone starts somewhere, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Once you’ve decided you want to join Bootycamp, all you need to do is select how many sessions per week you want to attend and complete the sign-up. From there, you’ll get instant access to everything you need, a welcome info email, health questionnaire to complete, and how to prepare for your first session.

If you’re unsure which session suits you best, just reach out and we’ll help you choose based on your goals, confidence level, and schedule.

 

Yes! We now offer personalised meal plans that fit your goals, preferences and lifestyle. You’ll also get access to easy recipe ideas and calorie guidance to keep nutrition simple and stress-free.

Only your Bootycamp class members and coach will be there. It’s a friendly, supportive environment where everyone’s on the same journey.

Of course. We have a wide range of weights available, and you’ll always be shown alternative options if needed. You can start with bodyweight movements and progress as you get stronger and more confident.

Please let us know about your injury beforehand. If you’re cleared for exercise, we can adapt movements so you can still train safely and effectively.

As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive:

  • A welcome email with all your Bootycamp details (location, times, what to bring, how to get started)

  • Access to the private community whats app group

  • A breakdown of how the sessions work and what to expect

  • Information about your progress tracking, check-ins, and optional before/after photos. These will be done on your first session.

You just turn up to your first session, we guide you through everything from the warm-up to the last rep. You don’t need any experience; you’ll be supported every step of the way.
